Hello, I'm Wesley Perkins- Head Band Director here at Madison HS and am about to begin year 24 as an educator. Here's are some tidbits about me: I grew up just down the road in Hondo, TX where I began my musical journey and became passionate about band and playing the trumpet. I earned my Bachelors of Music Education Degree at Texas Tech University where I met my future wife Alicia Perkins in the Goin Band from Raiderland. We've been married for 21 amazing years and have two beautiful children- Caroline age 11 and William age 9. Alicia is also a band director with 23 years of experience that serves Boerne ISD as Head Director of Voss MS. Mr. Perkins is an advocate of the Arts and is a member of both TMEA and Texas Bandmasters Associations. Outside of Band Mr. Perkins enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and is an avid sports fan, especially for the San Antonio Spurs, Dallas Cowboys and my beloved Texas Tech Red Raiders. Should you need to contact Mr. Perkins you can email at: wperki@neisd.net
The 2024-2025 school year will be Mr. Reynolds' 33rd year as an educator and 25th year at Madison High School.
